Coaching For Teams & Organizations
The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the level of thinking that created them.
– Albert Einstein
The old ways of working stopped working a long time ago.
More than ever, organizations need to be flexible and adaptable not only for their employees but for their customers and communities. The old playbook is obsolete. Is your organization shifting as things change or is it stuck in the past?
Goals are for people who care about winning once. Systems are for people who care about winning repeatedly.
– James Clear
Support comes in many forms.
Maybe your team isn’t working well together. Maybe your systems are struggling. Maybe the work is passable but everyone is miserable doing it.
Don’t stay in the struggle. Get the right support to move forward.
Support for your organization could look like:
Executive coaching
Team coaching
360 assessments
Team onsites or offsites
Audit and re-design of your team’s operating systems
Workshops for developmental training (e.g., Feedback, Building Strategic Capabilities, Working from Strengths, etc.)
Outcomes for organizational work can include:
Goals that align with your vision and a roadmap to achieve them
Clarity of expectations and better-defined outcomes
Increased team cohesion
Reduced burnout
Greater engagement with and enjoyment of work
When you lead, your real job is to create more leaders, not more followers.
– Kevin Kelly

If you make lists of lofty goals, it can be easy to leave them to accumulate, as happens sometimes, into a mountain of to-do's and notes and half-forgotten plans. Dreaming alone is seductive, even a little sweet, since it lacks the pain of trying. So it feels proper to prize attempts more than dreams. You should have ideals, but you cannot only love an idealized future, you must cultivate a love of effort, too. If you really want something, then the soul must make demands of the body.
– Simon Sarris
