Every week, Tim Ferriss sends out his “5-Bullet Friday” which are the top things he’s reading, watching, buying, pondering, etc. Once in a while, he’s got some really great recommendations that send me down a rabbithole, some of which end up on this blog or as the topic of dinner conversation with friends.
So this week, in the spirit of sharing, here are some recommendations from me to you:
Dordle. Are you addicted to Wordle like everyone else? Yeah, me too. If you love Wordle and can’t get enough, search for Dordle (this may be mobile-only), where you have 7 changes for TWO words at a time. It’s a doozy – and a lot of fun.
Glennon Doyle’s podcast with Martha Beck (#66 – January 31). “How do we tap back into living by our inner compass after living by consensus and following outer voices for so long?” – need I say more?
Crackling fireplace. For those of you still in some cold weather (or who just love the look and sound), search “crackling fireplace” on YouTube. You will not be disappointed.
Get outside. Let this picture be a reminder that even just a few minutes outside can shift your mindset, give you a new perspective, and breath some new life into your system.
