Auspicious Beginnings?

Tomorrow I am flying to Copenhagen, on my own, for a trip I’ve been planning for the past several months.  About 4 hours ago, I got a text alert that my airline had canceled my flight (thanks Scandinavian Airlines).

Sigh.

GRRRRRR.

Immediately I had that feeling in my gut that everything was all messed up and could never be fixed.  And then I spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia.

Double sigh.

Long, painful story short, I will make my way to Copenhagen tomorrow, but MAN, did that take way more effort than what I had planned.

Eventually, I look forward to getting curious about what is the universe’s reason for getting me onto THIS flight, instead of the original one I booked.  But I’m not quite there yet.  I think my adrenaline is still coursing through my veins at 300 miles per hour.  I know I am capable of holding this other perspective – but I am still right in the middle of the muck of the mess of this.

My friend Katie says the message is in the mess.  So I’m supposed to figure something out from this.  Stay tuned………

My harried look…
